We are a team of five officers who have a responsibility for protecting legitimate businesses and consumers from unfair practices.
We respond to complaints and investigate matters relating to Animal Health, Counterfeiting, Doorstep Crime and Product Safety to name a few.
When tackling these issues, we often work with other governmental bodies such as the Police, HMRC and the DVSA.
