Harworth Hurricanes BMX Club aims to provide a BMX facility and equipment for children, young adults and parents from the surrounding area reaching as far a field as Cleethorpe's!!

Where possible, we strive to provide good quality, race equipment for those members without and provide coaching and encouragement to all members regardless of age or ability with the main objective being to enjoy riding and having fun.

Harworth Hurricanes track has been used to host regional and national BMX racing playing host to National rounds in 2004 and 2005 and proudly hosted the British BMX Championships in 2006. The track is now firmly established on the UK BMX racing calendar with many non-local riders loving the demanding ride offered by our facility.

With the help of several volunteers the club committee work tirelessly to keep the track rideable all year round and offer weekly gate practice for all club members running on Thursday nights throughout the summer and Sundays through the winter months.

Since its development, the club (and of course, our track) has helped develop a few European BMX round hopefuls, several National BMX Champions, multitudes of Regional BMX champions and countless race winners from age 6 to almost 50!
