classes will consist of various rounds on pads with some circuit/insanity workouts included
hatton academy boxing and fitness classes are mainly based around 5x3 minute rounds of boxing on the pads. this class is designed for all fitness levels from people who have never exercised to people who are at elite stages.
no one is ever left out or feels uncomfortable in the classes.
the 3 minute rounds consist the bellow rounds.

leg round
stomach round
cardio round
some of the classes get cut to 2 or 3 rounds then circuit training or insanity style workouts are added.
