Welcome to Hays Travel Prenton, where I (Michelle) am proud to be the Manager. I started my travel career at 17 as a Transfer Rep for Airtours in Cyprus, before joining the Bebington branch as a Modern Apprentice in December 2002. Since then, I have worked my way through the ranks and became Manager at the Prenton branch in December 2007. My favourite destination is Cyprus and I got married there in May 2014 – there is just something for everyone is Cyprus. Cyprus is very closely followed by Las Vegas, I went there with my family a few years ago and it's just one of the best places on earth!

Let me introduce you to my team, between us we offer over 42 years travel expertise -

Ashley brings four years travel experience to the branch. She started here as a Travel Consultant in January 2013 and just five months later was promoted to my Assistant Manager. She specialises in all types of groups and also cruises. Her favourite destination is Ibiza, she is a party animal – she knows all the clubs, best beaches and has helped me book my 30th birthday trip there for next year!

Kim has over 10 years travel expertise and has been part of the team here since 2007. She specialises in Turkey and Fuerteventura and is a firm favourite with our regular clientele. Kim has recently bought a little puppy and loves getting out her pictures of Barney to show clients who call in with their own dogs.

Our Part-time Travel Consultant, Tilly, is a local girl and has been in travel for 12 years. She joined the company in 2006 and her favourite destinations are New York and Miami. Tilly specialises in USA and family holidays.

Dionne joined the branch in June 2012 as our Foreign Exchange Advisor and recently moved into travel sales. She has a great knowledge of travel currencies and her favourite destination is Berlin. Dionne is a real city break girl rather than beach holidays and changes her hair colour like the wind changes direction!

We have all cruised and I have over 11 years' experience in arranging overseas weddings for our clients.
