Manager Louise has been in the travel industry for 27 years with 3 years working for Hays Travel as Branch Manager. Louise loves the Travel Industry and couldn't imagine working any where else as no two days are ever the same!

Emma our Assistant Manager and has over 16 years travel experience, she is very passionate about finding the right holiday for you. Nothing is ever too much trouble, she always goes above and beyond!

Amber started with us in 2014 as an apprentice, she has since completed and NVQ in Travel Services and has achieved high flyer status every year. She loves her job and one day hopes to have travel to every continent.

Senior Travel Consultant Helen joined Hays as an apprentice back in 2006. She has recently returned from maternity leave, she has a fantastic wealth of knowledge, her customer service is second to none always finding the right deal for you!

Ashley started in travel as an apprentice also, she now has 11 years experience and enjoys her job. Her favourite destination and dream holiday would be to drive a Camper-van around the USA.

Shelby is the newest member of our team as our first year apprentice. She is very keen to expand her knowledge and enthusiastic at all times. She cant wait to travel to a variety of different destinations.

Alice is our Foreign Exchange Consultant who can help with all aspects of holiday money. She will always greet you with a smile when arranging your tickets and foreign currency.
