A few words about me.

My name is Ulrike Kistler and I’m a fully qualified holistic therapist specializing in

• Herbalism and Nutrition

• Hypnotherapy and Past Life Regression.

• Reiki


I’m Austrian by birth and lived in other countries before settling in the United Kingdom. I strongly believe that these experiences have enhanced my outlook on life and people in general, and have added great value to my work. I believe in a holistic approach for my clients and always aim to treat the entire person not just a single symptom. I have a very caring and understanding approach with my clients, and no job is “to big or to small “as it were! No matter what your challenges , you will always get my fullest attention, and all your concerns will be treated with utmost compassion and in strictest confidence.

How did I get here.
I must say that I have always bin a child of nature. My Austrian upbringing was such that I spend most of the time outdoors surrounded by Nature. Early on in my life I learned about the healing powers of plants and how the could be used to great effect. Initially my parents and grandparents handed down a lot of knowledge to me. On the job training one could say. Later I went on to study nutrition and herbalism.

When I was in my late 20. I was struck by a chronic illness and went through a long period of pain and uncertainty. It was then that I realized the power of the mind was something incredible and almost unlimited and could be used to overcome almost anything. It is not only my experience but a well established belief that” wherever the mind goes everything else follows “ and this could not be truer.

In my lifelong quest for knowledge in the field of healing, I have studied the healing practices of other cultures and the ways they deal with illness of the body and mind, and how they prolong longevity. I have investigated the healing ways of Buddhism, shamanism, and eastern medicine. I also familiarized myself with the methods of modern western medicine. I now use that insight, and knowledge to help my clients on a daily basis.
