The WEA Heritage of Learning project will work across the six (6) counties in the South West Region: Cornwall, Dorset, Devon, Gloucestershire, Somerset and Wiltshire to record and present the 100 year learning heritage of the Workers' Educational Association in the area.
The project will work with our learning branches in the South West to deliver local heritage courses supporting new learner volunteers to research the heritage of the WEA in the region and to document a History of the Workers' Educational Association through oral memories, archive records, places & people.
