Hertford Rugby Club offers rugby from 5 to 65 in the community. It is entirely run by volunteers as a not for profit community club.
Overall Hertford is one of the largest grassroots sports clubs in the country producing teams week on week, at every age group level, up to senior 1st XV competing in National League 3. The club regularly fields five senior teams on a Saturday afternoon. The mini and youth section fields over over 600 boys and girls on Sunday mornings
