All cakes made by Anna Jones and Hey, Cupcake! are subject to the following terms and conditions

Ingredients
All ingredients used are of the highest quality available. All fruitcakes contain nuts or traces of nuts. Sponge, flavoured and chocolate cakes are made to be eaten on the day of celebration. The cakes are made on premises that use and store nuts, whilst every effort is taken to keep ingredients separate, cakes may contain traces of nuts.
Storage
Fondant icing and sugar paste is not designed to be refrigerated, as such the icing will be destroyed. Keep all cakes in a cool and dry place, preferably in the box it was delivered in.
Deposits
I require a deposit on placement of order for all celebration and wedding cakes, which is deducted from the final balance payable. All deposits are non- refundable.
Return of hired equipment
Deposits are taken for all equipment. All equipment must be returned within 3 days of the wedding/ occasion date (unless alternative arrangements have been agreed prior to wedding in writing) or extra charges may be levied to cover hire costs. Any damages to equipment will incur a reduction of deposit returned in order to cover costs of repair or replacement
Orders
Any cake ordered from a picture or photo of a cake produced by any other cake maker, can only be reproduced by Hey, Cupcake! as my interpretation of that cake and will not be an exact reproduction of the cake in the picture or photo
Disclaimer
In the case of any problem with your cake, please address immediately so I can fix the issue right away! In the rare case that you are unhappy with your cake and would like a refund, the cake must be returned in the condition it left me in. Without proof that you are indeed unhappy with the product and will not be using it for your event, i will be unable to refund any portion of your payment. This is necessary to hinder the very rare case of “If we complain, we’ll get a free cake” issue i occasionally come across. I am dedicated to satisfying my clients’ cake requirements.
