High Breame is on the outskirts of Flamborough overlooking Danes Dyke, where Deer, Barn Owls, Woodpeckers visit and can been seen on a daily basis.
This quiet and peaceful location boasts a large hedge around the perimeter together with locked gates giving total security at all times.
The beach and cliffs are 10 minute walk where a cliff walk to Bridlington will take 50 minutes, going the opposite direction takes you to the Lighthouse on the peninsular which takes approximately 1 hour, where you can spot Seals drifting in the coves, there is also the Lifeboat Station at South Landing which will take 20 minutes walk away and fishing trips from North Landing about 25 minute walk.
Flamborough is a perfect location for visits to Bridlington, Filey, Scarborough, Whitby and York with Sewerby Hall some 15 minute walk having gardens and the small train going into Bridlington Seafront every ½ hour. There is also the popular miniature village to meander round.
Flamborough village is 10 minute walk away where you will find the supermarket and several Pubs/ Restaurants giving good quality meals at reasonable prices. There is also 2 Fish and Chip shops together with a Pizza House.
High Breame is on the local bus route taking you into Bridlington, (every half hour) which boasts fishing trips, boat trips, shops, amusements etc, together with the Bridlington Spa full of entertainment. Freshly caught Crab, Lobster, Sea Trout, Salmon and of course Sea Bass to be found locally too.
The fields and cliffs give great photographic opportunities and fantastic views where Puffin, Gannets, Guillemots and Razorbills nest in huge quantities during the breeding season in early summer. Bempton Cliffs is an RSPB site.
There are two excellent links golf courses. The Links is half a mile away, the other (The Headland Course) is 1.5 miles away on Flamborough Headland. Clean beaches, fantastic Cliff tops and walks together with all the wildlife make this a superb site to call your base.
