I baby sit for a number of local families in Braunton and Croyde area, as well families on holiday in the area.
I am a mum of 2 and CRB checked.

My name is Holly Fairfax
I am a 37 year old Mum to my 6 year old daughter Mia and my 4 year old Son Jake.
For the past year I have been spending a few evenings a week babysitting for families in and around the Braunton, Croyde and Woolcombe areas.
Although babysitting is often a service carried out by the younger generation ( I, myself did this when I was a teen many moons ago) a lot of parents are now preferring the peace of mind an older and fellow mum can offer, someone who can be attentive to child’s needs if a situation should arise.
I am up to date with my First Aid courses and DBS checks (formerly CRB)
My background is in Media and although I grew up in this lovely part of the world I spent many years working at the Guardian Newspaper in London. Having my children brought me back to North Devon.
My Daughter is at Caen school and my Son is still with me 3 days a week, so in order to get as much time with my family I work in the evenings. My partner works a long week painting and decorating so he usually starts snoring as soon as his food goes down and his feet hit the floor, so I don’t see him anyway!!
I also run a Baby and Market franchise in the area, which I thoroughly enjoy, it’s a great way for parents to recycle their good quality items and help put local businesses on the map.
