Welcome to our Home From Home at Havens popular and sought after Seashore Resort in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. Our 3 bedroom caravan offers all you need for a relaxing or action packed holiday with the family.

Welcome to our Home From Home situated on one of Havens most popular and sought after family Resorts, Seashore, in Great Yarmouth on the Norfolk Coast.

Our beautiful 3 bedroom/6 berth caravan is 12ft wide and offers luxury family accommodation and all you need for a nice relaxing holiday or an action packed activity stay with the family.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS STRICTLY NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED IN THE CARAVAN, THIS IS OUR FAMILY HOLIDAY HOME.

With double glazing and gas fired central heating throughout you can be sure of a comfortable stay.

The accommodation briefly comprises: Spacious central lounge with plenty of comfortable seating, electric fire, TV with built in freeview, DVD player and small radio/cassette/CD player.

If you don't fancy eating out then the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for you to cater for your holiday, including ample food storage space, microwave, kettle, crockery, cutlery and glassware, toaster, full sized integrated fridge and freezer, oven with grill, hob and extractor fan.

The free standing table and chairs provides ample seating in which to enjoy your meals.

Located to the right of the caravan is the master bedroom suite with dressing table, side lockers, wardrobe, overhead storage and en-suite shower room/WC. To the left of the lounge there are 2 twin bedrooms and a further shower room/WC.

There is an allocated parking space next to the caravan.

The accommodation is within easy walking distance of all the sites main attractions and facilities and is also a very good base in which to explore all Norfolk has to offer.

£50 non refundable deposit secures your break, balance is due 8 weeks prior to your break starting. Please note linen and entertainment passes are NOT included in this price. Please let me know if you would like any other information. Thanks

An ADDITIONAL REFUNDABLE BOND of £50 per booking per week is also required. The caravan will be inspected on departure and should be left in the condition that it was found, clean and tidy and ready for the next guests to enjoy. If the caravan does have to be cleaned then a charge of £30.00 will be made and deducted from the £50.00 bond. I have provided all of the cleaning materials and equipment that you will need during your stay. Your bond (less any charges incurred) will be returned by way of cheque (or previously agreed bank transfer), within 7 days of departure

A NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of £50 (deducted from the cost of your holiday)is all that needed to secure your booking, the security bond,cost of hire items (linen) and balance is due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday or in full at the time of booking should your request be less than 8 weeks.

As Seashore Holiday Park is intended for families, we are unable to take bookings from single sex parties and bookings where the lead guest is under 21.
