Idle A.C. is the friendly club for runners of all abilities. We meet on Tuesdays at 7pm at the Idle and Hepworth Cricket Club on Westfield Lane.If you want to meet new people, run in a safe environment and improve your fitness we are the club for you. Each session typically lasts 45 minutes and is designed to develop you and present a fresh challenge each week. Members attend whichever sessions they feel may benefit them at different stages of their fitness goals. We do not charge weekly fees however after a month or so if you decide to become a full member it is £25 per year to cover insurance and registration fees with the,sports governing body. We think this represents,excellent value for money compared to gym memberships. We also hold regular nights out at the pub and an annual weekend away in the lakes.
