Teaching traditional and sport Karate classes in Isleworth, based on the Okinawan Naha-te system.

The Shinrai Karate-Do Association was founded in 2011 by brothers Sensei Carol David and Sensei Bernard David who each have 35 years experience of martial arts study and practice. Shinrai is a member of the English Karate Federation, - the national governing body for karate in England.

The Shinrai school practises traditional karate based on the Okinawan naha-te system (the origin of Goju Ryu and Kyokushin-kai).

As well as a martial art with all the self defence aspects of traditional karate, Shinrai karate can also be practised as a sport and the instructors encourage students to participate in tournaments as well as support those who wish to compete at national or international level.
