I don't sell part works, materials or design drawings for completion without prior arrangement at the time of placing the order. You can cancel the order at any time however any materials and completed work to date must be paid for. Failure to do so will result in said work being sold for the balance owed.

Work will be designed and built to measurements approved by the client and my self. I ask for 25% of the overall cost of the build to cover materials and design drawing/ref work.

Full payment required on completion and handover...
