Hi I'm 'JACKIES MUM', my proper name is Kath, and since my daughter Jackie was born I have been sewing.

I have been sewing professionally since Jackie started school thirty years ago. I worked doing alterations for Johnson cleaners until March 2015 when I was made redundant.

Although it was a shock it gave me the push to give self employment a go, so I have set up a sewing room at home.

I can alter most garments, shortening trousers, skirts, coats, sleeves, etc...

I can also can replace zips in jackets, trousers, dresses. I also will do my best to repair torn garment, reseat trousers and always like a bit of a challenge.

I also can make up curtains and cushion covers.

I live just outside Falkirk and do a pick up deliver service.
