In 2015, after sixteen years as a public servant, I decided to change direction and became a stay-at-home dad to my three children. This provided an opportunity to explore my interest in cake decorating. I like my cakes to be as personalised as possible. The more challenging the better. If it's not edible it's not cake....

Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene trained.
Only free range eggs used.
Allergy advice: Gluten free and dairy free creations available (my eldest has coeliac disease).
