Our speciality is our own superb oak-smoked salmon (smoked on the premises). It now features on the menu of the Contini family’s National Gallery Café in Edinburgh and is also sold by Valvona and Crolla.
We supply award winning restaurants, bistros, hotels and golf clubs throughout East Lothian.
Our vans deliver daily to all our customers in East Lothian and parts of Midlothian.
