I am incredibly lucky to have been teaching the subject I am most passionate about for nearly 10 years. Yoga is about living as fulfilled a life as possible given the circumstances around us. The aim of my classes is to enable students to improve their strength, flexibility, mobility, balance, concentration and quality of breath in a relaxed and supportive environment.
