Jelly Babies - Melton Mowbray

Jelly Babies is a group for non-mobile babies only.
This is those babies who are not crawling/walking.
The group is run by volunteers.

This group for non-mobile babies and runs from The Cove Childrens Centre every Tuesday from 11.15 - 12.30.

The group is run by volunteers and will have activities, song time, sensory play and coffee, tea and toast. Its a great opportunity to meet other parents who have children of a similar age, have a natter and build friendships.

Part of the group will focus on developing babies ‘learning journeys’. These are books which we decorate and fill with pictures of babies engaging in activities, reaching milestones and just having fun.

Its a nice, relaxed atmosphere with no pressure to be involved. Come and visit us…. :)

Unfortunately, mobile siblings are unable to attend as we like to keep the environment safe for babies who can not yet move. There are many other free groups available if you have more than one child under 4. If you search ‘Stayandplay Meltonmowbray’ you will find more information.

This group is run by myself, Carly, and Fiona. We are both volunteers with the Children’s Centre and we also run ‘Mini Mayhem’ on Thursdays at The Cove from 1.00 - 2.30 for children aged 0-4.
