Who we are

Jem IT are a small personal I.T. business loacted just outside Newton Abbot Devon, in the village of Kingsteignton. LIke so many small businesses, Jem IT was started in 1998 from the owners shed at the bottom of the garden, before moving to larger and better premises at Marsh Barton Retail Park in Exeter. In 2004 Jem IT relocated back to office in Kingsteignton on the outskirts of Newton Abbot, where we have been located ever since. Jem IT covers a client base located predominiantly in Devon in the Newton Abbot, Torquay, Plymouth, Ivybridge & Exeter areas, with clients as far flung as Brighton.

Modern technology and the advent of the Broadband Era, allows us to offer all our existing clients remote control support to help them with any issues or questions they have, which often means we can deal with problems without having to visit the clients premises. We provide a freindly personal touch to our services and we endeavour to be "one of the team" to all our business clients rather than just the "I.T. People" that are called on when needed
