Birthday Cakes for grown ups.

Cake is one of the greatest things on earth.

It's almost impossible to make butter and sugar taste bad so any cake, even bad cake, still tastes relatively good.

And this is how the standards of cake have been allowed to fall so low.

But my cakes are different, there's no tasteless fondant, no haribos decorate my cakes, and no sorry . . . my cakes aren't in the shape of a Despicable Me Minion.

Just good flavours, texture and prettiness.

They are birthday cakes for grown ups.

and remember . . . sugar is not a flavour.
