We have a collection of over 10 species of birds from owls, hawks and a falcon and our exotix mobile zoo contains an ever growing collection of reptiles & minibeasts.
Joe's Owl Encounters & Mobile Zoo is based in North Yorkshire but provides services for birthday parties, fetes, weddings etc. throughout the north of England.
Our centre is not usually open to the general public, but we periodically hold bird experiences, bird walks & photograph workshops. Our owls are native to different parts of the world and include our large Eagle Owls and our little Burrowing Owl. We also take in and rehabilitate injured birds of prey and reptiles. We are actively involved in owl conservation projects across North Yorkshire, providing nest boxes for both Barn and Tawny owls.. Our mobile zoo consists of many different Snakes, Bearded Dragons, Leopard Tortoise, Pygmy Hedgehogs & Minibeasts.
