I'm a fully qualified personal trainer, nutritional advisor and a Taekwon-do instructor.
I've been doing Taekwon-do since I was 7, reaching the grade of 3rd Degree. I've ventured into personal training with the aim to help other people achieve personal goals, whether they are fitness, health or more sport specific.
Combining different training methods such as pad work, cardio, weights, battle ropes and monkey bars, no two sessions with me at VIP HQ will be the same. You're guaranteed to walk away feeling the aches of achievement.
