Beautifully and peacefully surrounded by acres of woodland, Keeper's Cottage provides self-catering accommodation in the heart of the Malt Whisky Trail.

Keepers Cottage sits peacefully surrounded by acres of woodland in the heart of the Malt Whisky Trail. It provides high standard accommodation while maintaining a cosy cottage feel, with an open fire and underfloor heating.

A Garden-room with en-suite facilities and an open-air Hot Tub are the most recent additions to the cottage. The Garden-room provides extra accommodation and both can be hired at an additional charge.


The cottage comprises three bedrooms, offering flexible accommodation by means of a master bedroom, opposite which are two singles beds, with the ground floor bedroom providing the third single.




All bed linen and towels are provided, along with extras such as kitchen roll, toilet roll etc.

The house, bedding and towels are cleaned weekly for guests wishing to stay beyond a week.

The hot tub is drained and cleaned between lets.


There is an electric meter which takes £1 and £2 coins, the first £25 of which are free. Two bags of logs are also included in the price.

3.0 miles to Aberlour (local shops and Aberlour Distillery).

15 miles to Elgin (Tesco Superstore, Lidl, Aldi, M&S, Johnstons of Elgin, etc).

2 Golf Courses within 10 miles.

Ample Distilleries within 3 miles (including Aberlour, Glenfiddich and Macallan).

An ideal location whether fishing the Spey, golfing, walking the Speyside Way or visiting the unique fishing villages along the Moray coast.

Many guests also opt to use the cottage as a base for their day excursion.
