Keith has been based at Belstane Racing Stables in Carluke since taking out a licence in February 2011. Situated high up in the beautiful countryside of South Lanarkshire, a privately owned 80 box yard with first-class facilities enabling peak fitness. Now in his third season as a trainer, highlights to-date include: 2011 he guided 'Stonefield Flyer' to a 2nd place at Royal Ascot. 2013 has seen 'Santefisio' represent the yard in February for the prestigious Dubai World Cup, in June he was Royal Ascot bound and was placed a close 4th in the Buckingham Palace Stakes, and in September of this year, Circuitous landed the Class 2 Ayr Bronze Cup. His notable talent lies in improving horses ratings and ensuring their full potential is reached, taking racehorses to the next level.
