Kingsteignton Youth Centre (KYC) - home of Kingsteignton Youth Club.
KYC is a Charitable Trust (Reg'd charity no. 300881) run by Kingsteignton Town Council, which owns the youth centre on behalf of the residents of the town. The purpose of the trust is to provide social, recreational. sporting, cultural, science and heritage activites for the benefit of young people living in the town who are aged between 8 and 18 years.The centre was run by DCC between 2007 and 2014 and the Trust is in the process of regaining control and re-opening the centre. Our aim is to recruit a youth leader and volunteers to run the youth club and to hire out facilities to raise revenue in order to keep KYC running.
