Kitchen Fit are fitness classes that anyone can do. We only use bodyweight resistance, interval training based on the workouts I started in my kitchen!
Kitchen Fit is for everybody who wants to get fit, lose weight, make friends and tone up without joining a gym. Based on the fitness sessions I started in my kitchen at home and led to losing 2.5 stones in 10 months!! Every level of fitness welcome! The hardest part of a fitness session is getting your kit on and getting out the house!!
