... and thank you for visiting my site. I'm Mylene, the kookie baker behind Kookies and Cakes. I started baking and cake decorating as a hobby that has now grown into a little business that I love and thoroughly enjoy. My family and friends know me as a lover of all things cake; always dreaming for new ideas for new things to bake. (I swear I did not mean that to rhyme!! LOL)

My aim is to create cakes that are special and unique for every customer... something that will be remembered long after the event!
