There are two attractive, modern,one bedroom Bungalows within the grounds of the 18th century thatched Legge Farmhouse.
Tastefully designed and furnished, both offer twin bedded accommodation with the option of a further bed supplied if required. Each bungalow has a digital TV, kitchen and a bathroom with both shower and bath. Dogs are welcome, they must however be kept off furniture at all times.
With a patio at the rear of each bungalow with table and chairs for those long summer evenings your stay will be complete.


Fishing:
Five lakes well stocked with Common, Mirror Ghost & Grass Carp also Roach, Rudd, Bream, Tench & Perch.
Set in 30 acres of quiet seclusion of tranquil & beautiful countryside with woodland walks in 4 acres. Advice if needed for novice fishermen.
Car parking at the main lake for easy access for those less able.
A further lake is dedicated to and for the well being of the native wildlife including, if you are lucky a rare siting of the kingfisher.
Favorite baits are available, meat, sweetcorn, pellet, also bread, worm & maggot will serve well.


Conditions of Fishing:
Hooks- Barbless only
Landing nets- Must be used at all times
Unhooking mats- Must be used (for all carp)
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE ABOVE YOU DO NOT FISH
Keep Nets-Only allowed during matches or by prior consent, at other times fish must be returned immediately to the same lake caught in.
NO Boilies- Nut - or False type baits
Ground Bait- Minimum quantity please
Dogs Always on Leads
No radios (headphone ok)
No Juniors- Under 14 - Unless accompanied by an adult
Please leave Gates as found
FAILURE to abide by these conditions will result in an immediate ban and a notification to other local fisheries of your conduct


Fishing Tariffs:
Day Tickets - £6.00 per person- two rods
After 4pm - £3.50
Concessions - £4.00
Juniors - under 16 - £3.50
All day tickets are available from farmhouse.

We operate an honesty policy, you may however be asked to produce your ticket at any time. We may also ask to check tackle should the need arise.
Barbless hooks, floats & bait can be purchased on site including luncheon meat (flavours), sweetcorn (flavours) and expanding sinking & jelly pellets.
All anglers and their guests entering the fishery, do so at their own risk. The owners accept no responsibility for injury, loss or damage to persons or their property.
