We are a registered charity working towards the restoration of the Lichfield Canal and the Hatherton Canal for the benefit of the community

We campaign, fundraise and work toward the restoration of the Lichfield Canal and the Hatherton Canal through Cannock.

Workers are making real headway in the restoration process which is extremely commendable as it is no-mean-feat.

The restoration is being achieved thanks to huge support from volunteer groups such as the Waterway Recovery Group, and from various donations and grants including the David Suchet Appeal and also from our Brick Appeal, Regular Giving Scheme and the 500 Club.

Joining the many hundreds on the membership register helps the Trust financially and shows the strength of feeling towards restoring these valuable links in the national network.
