WELCOME TO OUR CARAVAN.

Our caravan is on Parklands Site, at the end of the road is a family friendly pub called Cheers, you are also a 10 minute walk from Fantasy Island, which has a fantastic market and rides for the kids.

Our caravan is K13 which is just near the warden’s office.

You are also very close to Butlins and you can purchase a day pass.

You should be able to park outside the caravan, but if not, you can park in the designated parking bays which are dotted around the park.
If the weather is really wet please do not park on the grass at it makes it really muddy and spoils it.

You and your dog are welcome, we have a veranda so your dog can enjoy the fresh air. (Please can you clean up after your dog).

You are very welcome to use anything you need to, toiletries, ketchup, tea bags etc.
If you run out of anything just leave us a note in the caravan so we can replace what we need.
If the gas canister should run out, please ask the warden who will replace it, you may have to pay for it, but let us know and we will reimburse you.

If you could empty the rubbish bin when you leave that would be very helpful, large green bins are situated in the car park near the warden’s office.

We ask that you use your own bed linen and towels, if you should forget, you can use ours but if you could return them to us at home we can then wash them and make sure they are clean for our next visit.

We have a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and the sofa in the room does pull out to make a double bed, pillows can be found in the cupboard in the master bedroom above the bed.

The switch to the fire is located in the cupboard at the side of the fire, it is either on or off, you can’t control the temperature.

When you arrive you will need to turn on the boiler, this is located in the cupboard near the door. To do this, turn the top knob to the ‘star and the flash’ and press the ignite button, this should light the boiler, please can you turn the boiler off when you leave.

The bottom gate to the caravan park is open until 5pm, after this time it is locked, this is a short cut to Fantasy Island.

There is a very good local bus service which stops at the top of the road.

If you should have any problems with our caravan, the warden is situated in the first caravan next to the main gates, or you can pop and see the park owners in the office, near the caravan sales, or the wardens office is near the car park (where the bins are) near our caravan.

If you go to a nice pub or restaurant, please could you get a card so that other guests can make use of your recommendations.
We also have a few local takeaway menus, please feel free to add to this collection.

We are also next door to Skegness Water park, on this park there is fishing and water skiing.

CARAVAN RENTAL CHARGES
Per Night

MARCH – APRIL – MAY £30.00 PER NIGHT

JUNE – JULY £35.00 PER NIGHT

AUGUST £40.00 PER NIGHT

SEPTEMBER – OCTOBER £30.00 PER NIGHT

This charge is for the caravan, not per person and includes water, gas and electric.
We would just kindly ask that the caravan is left in a tidy manner for the next visitors.
We have a hoover in the cupboard where the boiler is.
