We train in Jukoshin Ryu Jiu-Jitsu. A system devised by Soke Bryan Cheek 10th Dan, using strikes, kicks, throws, locks, pressure points and ground grappling. A system based on the traditional Japanese Martial art brought up to date to make it an effective and practical modern-day self defence system now taught around the world. This is a varied martial art with techniques suitable for all with advanced stages for Military and Law Enforcement personnel.
