Lower Stondon Village Hall was built by on land given by John Rand "upon trust that the same together with the buildings intended to be erected thereon should be used and occupied as a village hall for the benefit of the inhabitants of Lower Stondon"
It is run by the Lower Stondon Village Hall Management Committee on behalf of the Rand's Educational Foundation.
