I have a fully accredited Diploma in Hypnotherapy and also over 20 years experience as a Physiotherapist within the NHS. I am excited at now being able to offer Hypnotherapy NLP and Coaching skills blended with this experience to improve all aspects of well-being. The connection between body, mind and spirit is truly fascinating and how we can influence each one to improve overall well-being.
