Did you know Leeds now has its own TV channel? Yep that’s right, its own TV channel!
Made in Leeds launched in November last year and broadcasts 24 hours day on Freeview channel 8, Sky Guide 117 and Virgin 159.
The channel promises to deliver at least 15 hours of prime time content all made in, and about Leeds. This includes shows like the daily news bulletins, On the Aire at 6pm and 9pm and magazine show, The Book-it List, every weekday at 6.30pm.
In addition to this, the channel also includes original shows from across the Made network (Made in Cardiff, Made in Tyne and Wear and Made in Bristol all of which launched late last year), plus acquired programmes such as Man vs Everest, Seaside Rescue and Driven to Distraction.
