Come and learn how to make bread in small hands on classes in Central Scotland. Baking is done in a domestic oven so you can easily transfer your skills to your own home. You will learn about kneading, resting, shaping and proving and will take all the breads you make home with you. It's a fun way to spend a day even if you don't want to make bread ever again but if you do, this is the place to start.
