I Have trained clients from first timers, frequent trainers and athlete's. I specialise in weight loss muscle tonning and building, core strength and over all fitness.
I train in Krav Maga a military style self defense sytem in order to help people defend themselves in all situations. I train hard in the gym to build strenght and power and keep on top of my fitness.
I have helped many clients to lose weight and strip away fat to turn their lives around becoming more confident in themselves and improving on their fitness levels with good nutrition and 1-1 training session designed to their capability.
I have help many clients with different aspects of their training to get the results they want for all round fitness or sport.
