Rosie, our Property Manager, has the unenviable task of sorting all maintenance issues on our ever growing managed portfolio. This is a delicate balance between tenants' urgent requirements and landlords with a watchful eye on costs. She does this superbly well, all the while keeping our eager tradesmen organised and occupied.

Alison is responsible for the accounts side of the business. Landlords are paid in timely fashion, without undue delay, as are tradesman. If you're not being paid promptly, ask your agent why?

Finally, Richard conducts property appraisals and ensures your property appears on the most visited portals and websites at the right price, in order to secure you appropriate tenants.
