Matt Fiddes Martial Arts is open at Burscough Sports Center on Friday nights.
Every friday night:
Mighty Matts (3-7 years) - 6.00pm-7.00pm
Juniors and Adults (7+ years) - 7.00pm-8.00pm
Leadership - 9.00pm
The Mighty Matt's program teaches many life skills, including simple self defense moves and martial arts techniques, we will also improve self confidence, all whilst having fun!
Junior and Adults classes teach self deference, improve fitness and teach students how to fight in a safe environment.
Leadership students are a mix of adults and juniors who have shown dedication and proved they have what it takes to move up. In these classes students can learn advanced fighting techniques both standing and ground, we also teach them how to use a mixture of weapons.
