For clarification, the only item in the shop which contains gluten is the Organic, Heritage Grain, Long Fermented Sourdough Bread and the Everfresh Sprouted bread which both use processes which transform the nature of the gluten to something digestible by most people who are gluten intolerant but not Coeliac.
