Merlin's Cottage sleeps 9 (4 bedrooms), is situated down a quiet farm track, has panoramic sea views, a large garden and overlooks the SW Coast Path.

Upstairs there are two double rooms with spectacular sea views, and a third double (or twin) room with views over beautiful countryside. Downstairs there is a double (or twin) room with brand new en-suite facilities and views of the garden and the sea. The twin rooms have zip and link beds which can be made up as doubles or two 3-foot wide singles. Merlin's Cottage is situated down a quiet private track, has panoramic sea views, is right on the SW Coast Path, and is 15 mins walk to the beach.

The living room is split into two sections, a kids 'den' area with TV and DVD player, bean bags, sofa, etc. The other end, with views of the sea, is the adults area with sofas, chairs, standing lamps and wood burner.

Merlins has a brand new open plan kitchen-dining room fitted in 2014. It is equipped with 2 fridges-freezers, dishwasher, washing machine, range cooker, microwave, large farmhouse dining table, stylish lighting, fire place & spectacular sunset views!

The utility room has a tumble dryer, racks for hanging coats and space for dirty boots and a separate loo.

Merlins employs a local house-keeper who keeps the house in immaculate condition and ensures the linen and towels, which are provided, are in spotless condition.
