Yes, absolutely. Our style of exercise is designed to work for new starters and for regulars too. We want to make you strong for life and that means looking after you at class.
Will I keep up?
Yes - our instructors pre-plan every class, so no long runs around the park whilst they think of what to do next. We keep the class together at all times.
Is it tough?
Like with any exercise it's as hard as you make it. The harder you try the better it is obviously, but you won't be forced to.
Whats the best way to get results?
Inch loss Challenge...definitely. 30 days on the no nonsense diet plan with classes too will get you the results you need
