PAYMENT TERMS:
BUYER is given 3 business days after finalising order to make the payment, otherwise order or reservation will be cancelled.

Note: We will advise once we have facilities to process payments using Debit / Credit Cards as well as Paypal.

SHIPPING:
1. Your order is usually despatched 24-48 hours after your payment is received. You will receive your order/s in 2-3 days by Royal MailSigned For® 2nd Class mail. If you wish to expedite your order please include it in your request prior to finalising your order and we will arrange it for you at a minimal cost.

2. The tracking Number of your parcel will be sent to you after your order is despatched. You may use the tracking number to check the status of your order online.

3. Our shipping fee is free!

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS:
1. All purchases can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. You will need to cover the shipping and insurance cost to send it back. All original packaging should be intact. It is necessary to contact me in advance of shipping.
