Middlesbrough Judo is a judo club situated within Middlesbrough catering for all needs, ages and abilities of judokas

Middlesbrough Judo is situated within the Pallister Park Center Middlesbrough (inside the park). This judo club has been running for 25 years catering for children and adults of all ages and abilities. In 2012 Southland's Judo Club gained themselves a permanent sports facility which has a sprung judo floor and many other training facilities to help our judokas reach their full potential through out there training career.

Session days and times are:

Monday
6 till 7 - Primary School
7 till 8 - Pre-Cadets & Cadets
8 till 9.30 - Juniors 18+ & Seniors

Wednesday
6 till 7 - Primary School
7 till 8 - Pre-Cadets & Cadets
8 till 9:30 - Juniors 18+ & Seniors

Friday
6 till 7- Judo fit 14+


We also offer training workshops and residentail judo camps during school summer holidays and half term breaks for the Judokas.

For the more competitive players at Middlesbrough Judo there is extra training sessions provided for the players to reach there full potential in the sport this in known as C.A.T.T (Competitive Athlete Training Team)

Middlesbrough Judo training facility is also used as the home of Tees Valley Development Group
