Headed up by an IRCA registered Lead Auditor for the ISMS scheme working with a number of certification bodies, MNM Management Systems Ltd has a wealth of experience across several business sectors, and specializes in the following sectors: information technology, software development, data centres, finance, telecommunications, information archiving, storage and disposal.

Having gained a BSc (Hons) degree in Computing Science and French, Julie embarked on a career in the IT sector, working for a variety of multinational organisations in a variety of software and applications development roles, working on large projects and sole projects. These roles took her to various places and into various sectors, including Finance, Telecommunications and general business application development.

It also led to her first role as an IT consultant working with a well-known IT Consultancy group in London, working largely in the Futures and Derivatives sector.

For one organization, she was put in charge of quality controlling all of the design, coding and testing outputs for the project, and was part of the project team helping to prepare the organisation for their upcoming ISO 9001 certification, helping to put together design, coding and testing standards, processes and procedures. That's where she first became interested in management systems, and their benefits to an organization.

She then decided upon a career change into exactly that field of work, and landed her first role working within the Financial Control department of a large insurance company, working on the IT General controls work stream of a Sarbanes Oxley programme. From there, she went to work for EDS as part of a programme office, in the role of Quality Analyst and Internal Auditor, conducting quality gates and internal audits of ongoing projects and liaised with the external assessors under ISO 9001. Following that, she worked for an organization in Warrington, conducting internal audits, supplier audits and helping functions improve their processes and procedures. It was there that she became involved in implementing an ISO 27001 management system, to which the organisation successfully gained certification for their Managed Service function.

She then moved into third party auditing, and gained her first role with Alcumus ISOQAR, and has been third party auditing ever since across a variety of sectors, for a variety of certification bodies, and delivering ISO 27001 training for auditors.
