Moo n' Brews was able to be born thanks to the government Start Up loan scheme (they did something right!)

When you're at an event and you have special dietary needs (such as IBS or Coeliac), you find yourself eating food that will leave you ill and it ruins your weekend. I have IBS, I know how to cook good, tasty food that is friendly to those with sensitive stomachs. The best thing is though, it's 'normal' food, so anyone can enjoy it. I get my meat from my local butcher Mounfield, who is a multi-award winning butcher and ethical too, something very important to me. I will be using local suppliers for most of the foods I sell.

I loathe styrofoam packaging... *shudders* and I hate vans that use stingy sized cups and charge you loads. I intend to use green packaging and big cups for my brews.

So there you have it. Food fit for all. Putting money back in to local businesses. Decent meat from an ethical supplier. Green packaging for a less environmental impact. Oh and lush food delivered by yours truly.

I work five days a week on an industrial estate, feeding the masses and I'm available for events. I am taking bookings now, get in touch.
