Moorside Health & Fitness offers fitness training and advice to all. The training will take place at this venue or a place of your choice by an experienced fully qualified Fitness instructor. Outdoor style fitness training.
Want to improve:
Cardio / Endurance, Leg strength, Core strength, Flexibility, Upper body strength, Build muscle or Weight loss
Options available but not limited are:
1. Individual 1 on 1 Personnel training. Tailored to your own ability and requirements. Includes detailed training plan
2. Individual Fitness session only
3. Small groups (2 - 4 people)
4. Large group (5 - 10 people)
5. Fitness training advice only
Sessions will last for 1 hour approximately including warm up / warm down
If you would like a personalised 4 week exercise training plan this can be arranged
