A Sewing School and Fabric and Notions shop offering a range of lessons, workshops and courses in Sewing, Dressmaking, Patchwork and Soft Furnishing. More Sewing also has a range of fabrics, haberdashery, buttons, ribbons and trims for sale. We also offer sewing machine servicing and repairs.

More Sewing offers varied classes and workshops to suit your needs and improve your skills. From beginners to more experienced sewists and advanced sewing techniques.

Based in the More Sewing shop in Worthing. Our classes are held in a bright friendly studio space, with new sewing machines and equipment that allows you to create unique and individual clothes, soft furnishings and crafts.

In any class you will learn lots of tips and techniques to enable you to gain more sewing skills.

Class and workshop groups are kept small to allow for greater individual teaching time.

More Sewing is run by Laura Rigby. Originally trained as a Saville Row tailor, she has worked in the Fashion Industry as a Garment Technologist, Design Director and Production and Quality Manager. More recently she has worked as a qualified tutor and is CRB checked.

More Sewing also offers a growing selection of fabrics, designer and vintage, specialist trimmings and haberdashery, threads, zips, ribbons and bindings. Sewing machine are available for sale along with sewing machine servicing.
