Mother Nurtured offer therapies classes and workshops for women at every stage of their lives; from menstruation, menopause, pregnancy and birth.

Besides the love and happiness that I have for my own child, Thomas, there is nothing that brings me more joy than working with women and their families to support, comfort and empower them to feel inspired in their journey and for them to have healing memories.

As women we undergo key challenges in life: menstruation, pregnancy, baby loss, being a new mother and menopause.

These times can be emotional and physically demanding times with huge adjustments. Women have become disjointed in their acknowledgement and acceptance of these stages, and the whole concept of Mother Nurtured is to allow ourselves to embrace and enjoy each new stage as it comes.

To love being a woman and to enjoy the friendships and support of other women.
